Living Wellness TV is an exciting new part of the mind-body-spirit wellness resources Living Wellness offers to support you on your health and wellness journey! Through Living Wellness TV, we encourage individuals and families on their health & wellness adventures by empowering them with knowledge about nutrition, fitness, and faith. We ask big questions about health and life and allow our audience to engage in self-discovery. Our passion is to enrich our community with entertaining, educational, and inspiring nutrition, fitness, and faith-based good-news content.

Ashley Darkenwald and Christina Zaczkowski are excited to co-host the Living Wellness LIVE! We are so excited to bring you a nutrition, fitness, and faith-filled production that will be sure to leave you laughing, pondering, and wanting more! You can watch Living Wellness LIVE as a live-audience member (sign up here!), on Facebook live, or via the professionally edited episode below!

Living Wellness LIVE is our live-audience show which features:

Freshly squeezing juices daily for our unique twists on tasty cocktails. We strive to offer delicious, healthy and safe food everyone can feel good about in a world full of pesticides, genetically modified and artificially produced everything.

Fitness Pro: Jennifer Menk

Jennifer Menk is the Senior Director of Health and Wellbeing at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, where she provides leadership to Group Exercise, Group Training, ForeverWell, Reformer, and other wellbeing programs for the 25 YMCAs in the association. 

Jennifer strongly believes in whole life well being, including the health of one’s Body, Mind and Spirit and incorporates a holistic approach to wellness in both her personal and professional life.

Guest Chef: POUR! Wine Bar & Bistro

POUR! Wine Bar & Bistro’s founders Phil & Diane Lutgen know how to make amazing creations in the kitchen. People often asked “why a wine bar?” Their love for a great glass of wine and a delicious dinner makes them say “why NOT a wine bar?” 

Their chef from POUR! will be preparing their incredible cornbread waffle that has a vegan and gluten free base (chia seeds as a substitute for the eggs which are filled with healthy fats and fiber!) and their smoothie bowl with house made gluten free granola!

Carisa Rasmussen led an awesome workout with our live audience, and she demonstrated how to make safe and positive additions to your fitness routine.
